From visiting museums, the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and ancient temples, to enjoying a sumptuous traditional meal of Khmer food, this package would leave you with amazing sights and innumerable priceless moments.

The tour itinerary
Day1. Arrive in Bangkok
Your trip begins with a flight to Bangkok.  Here, in Bangkok, enjoy the city as per your will. In the evening, come back to the hotel to join your fellow travelers and review your tour plan.

Day2. Bangkok/ Siem Reap
The second day starts with a travel to Siem Reap where you get to enjoy an authentic and delicious Khmer meal at the New Hope Vocational training restaurant, or with a local family in a village outside of Siem Reap.
On the same day, you get to cross the border from Thailand to Cambodia; which would be the home base for exploring the incredible Angkor Wat. The border of Aranyaprathet is known as one of the most hectic borders, but our CEOs will help you make the process as smoothly as possible.
Come back for our included dinner at a Planeterra-project restaurant or with a local family in a village outside of Siem Reap.

Day3. Siem Reap
The third day will enable you to go through a guided tour of Angkor Wat temple complex, a UNESCO world heritage. Enjoy the ruins of the world’s largest religious building with a local professional guide. One of the many unforgettable sites is the ‘lost city’ of Angkor Thom:  the stronghold of the Khmer empire, and tour Ta Prohm, famed as the ‘Tomb Raider’ temple.

Optional activities:
The other activities that you would like to opt for would be touring the floating villages of Tonle Sap, where you would see what living on a lake is like. Rice planting, pig farming, even attending churches and schools, are all done on top of the water.

Want to learn about the ancient history of the Angkor and the Khmer empire? Come and have a visit to the museum which displays the inspiring galleries and interactive technology, which brings Angkor’s past to life.
If you are looking for some entertainment, you must take in Phare, a unique circus that binds Cambodian culture and history in its inspiring shows. Acrobatics, contortion, aerial arts melded with theatre, modern dance- everything comes under the same canopy.
Come early to enjoy the dinner with an amazing show.
Day4: Siem Reap/ Phnom Penh
Enjoy a brief walk with the CEO to orient you with useful places in new destinations like supermarkets, main squares and ATMs. For more detailed information, an official tour is recommended.
Day5: Journey to Phnom Penh
Travel to the allusive capital of Cambodia; Phnom Penh, set on the banks of the Mekong River. Here you would like to take a tour of the somber history of Cambodia with a visit to the Tuol Sleng prison and the Killing fields, known as Choeung Ek; which reminds us of the genocide that took place under Pol Pot’s reign as leader of the Khmer reign. The other enthralling sites that you would choose to visit include the National museum and the adjacent complex which includes the Silver Pagoda and the Royal Palace. For the spare time, you can tour the sites of Phnom Penh.

Day6: Phnom Penh/ Sihanoukville
After a 4-5h drive from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, its time to relax and swim at the beach. The night would rather be a planned fun night with the group starting off with a barbeque on the beach and then a night out on the town for some dancing.
Day7: Sihanoukville
With the beach all around, you can either relax at the beach or opt for a snorkeling boat trip and take a look at the life underwater which supports a vast array of marine life.  This trip includes a stop on a secluded island beach for a seafood barbeque before heading back to the shore.

Day 8: Sihanoukville/ Can Tho
Ready to cross the border again? Its time we head over to Vietnam and stay in a basic village homestay. You can also opt for the boat ride cruising over the Mekong.

Day9: Can Tho/ Ho Chi Minh City
A guided tour through the Ho Chi Minh city enables you to enjoy a street food crawl, explore the Cu Chi tunnels, visit the Ben Thahn market or check out the War Remnants Museum.

 The tour comes to an end with an evening filled with live music at one of the classic colonial Saigon institutions.
Day 10: Departure
You’ll go back home with memories of an unforgettable holiday.
